I think I tend to agree with you on this, off-topic is not necessarily bad. I think Matt and co need something to go on, and relevancy is the best they can come up with.It certainly won’t help you as much when your links ar8en#&217;t relevant, but I’ll take an off topic link from a decent site any day, and I’ll bet most webmasters will too.
